Bigg Boss 20 contestant Qazi Touqeer had an emotional breakdown in the house amid health concerns, with reports describing him as feeling low on energy; his team dismissed circulating rumors of a dengue diagnosis or an early exit. Host Gauahar Khan, reacting to the episode, was moved to tears and called Qazi ‘the most real,’ while housemates Uditi Singh, Arishfa Khan, and Aman Gandhi rallied around him in support. Separately, tempers flared inside the house as Mahhi Vij and Yung DSA got into a heated fight, with Mahhi taking a jab calling him a ‘first copy’ of Stan. Qazi’s status remains unchanged (nominated) for now.
